ASTELLAS FARMA PORTUGAL LAUNCHES PARTNERSHIP WITH LOGIFARMA
At the beginning of 2013, Logifarma began logistics and distribution operations for Astellas Farma products in Portugal.
Logifarma is very proud to have been selected by Astellas Farma to be its exclusive logistics operator in Portugal.
Astellas began its operations in Portugal in 1967, under the name of Gist Brocades. In the beginning, the business mainly focused on the area of gastroenterology. The company has grown a great deal since then, both in staff numbers and product portfolio. Currently, it has around 60 members of staff and focuses on the following therapeutic areas: urology, transplants, dermatology, anti-infectives and pain management.
In order to meet the precepts of its philosophy, i.e., “to contribute to the health of people around the world through the provision of highly effective and trustworthy pharmaceuticals”, Astellas acts in compliance with the highest quality and reliability standards.
