DR. FALK PHARMA PORTUGAL RESUMES OPERATIONS OF LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION WITH LOGIFARMA

A new operation is for the Logifarma team a greater responsibility, understanding  and anticipating customer needs, designing the best solutions to create value and meeting the expectations of a market as demanding and regulated is a daily test of our capacity, for this reason each of our customers is also a reason of pride. When this new operation is a former client, responsibility and pride increases exponentially.

After five years of interregnum Logifarma restarted the operation of logistics and distribution of Dr. Falk Pharma in Portugal, in April.

Dr. Falk Pharma, operates at national and international level, through the development and commercialization of prescription medications for Gastroenterology and Hepatology, namely: Salofalk (mesalamine); Ursofalk (ursodesoxicolico acid); Budenofalk (budesonido); Azafalk (azatipoprina); Endofalk (polyethylene glycol + electrolytes). This portfolio represents more than 500,000 units distributed annually, being the leading company in the market where it operates.

José Luiz Fernandes (CEO of Dr. Falk Pharma in Portugal), considers this a strategic bet: After 5 years of interregnum and continuous market evaluation, we returned to Logifarma because we believe that the development and qualification of its competences and resources, can bring added value to effective development of the Dr. Falk operation in Portugal, according to significant changes in the chain of the drug.

With this operation Logifarma strengthens its position in the ambulatory channel of prescription drugs.
