LOGIFARMA EMPLOYS MORE NEW GRADUATES
Logifarma is aware of the difficulties that graduates face when they finish their studies and begin searching for jobs, hence why the company has decided to integrate new graduates by means of the internship scheme supported by the Portuguese Employment Institute.
It is an important measure that also aims to help young people searching for their first job to complement and develop their skills, improving their profile in the eyes of employers and supporting them in their transition from the academic to the corporate world, as well as teach them about new training schemes and skills in companies.
In 2014, four areas will be targeted by this programme in Logifarma: Marketing, Technical Direction, Logistics and Accounting. Young people will receive continuous training in the company for twelve months.
By doing this, Logifarma hopes to contribute to the training of qualified professionals who will become examples of success in their areas. This is the company’s corporate responsibility in the context of reducing youth unemployment.
